Who to contact
Quasilife operates from Canada. To reach the Privacy contact about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or a complaint, use the contact page and choose “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.
What you choose to share
Enquiry forms collect your name, reply address and the details you enter. The contact form also asks whether your message is a general enquiry or a privacy request. Optional fields are marked. Please leave out passwords, customer records, sensitive personal information and detailed financial documents.
We use business enquiries to assess fit, respond and discuss a possible relationship. We use privacy requests to handle the request and meet our obligations. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website operation
With an enquiry, the site records the form route and any campaign source, medium and campaign tags in the page address. These help us understand which introductions lead to conversations. The site does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the site.
Short-lived, hashed network identifiers limit repeated form submissions; those records expire within a day. Our host processes connection information to serve and protect the website. Administrative sign-in uses essential cookies.
Where information goes
Enquiries are stored in a private inbox on Quasilife’s hosted server. Hosting and notification providers process information as needed to operate these services; processing may take place outside Canada. Enquiry alerts in a private Discord channel include your reply email address, the enquiry type and a link to the private inbox. The full submission stays in that inbox. We do not sell enquiry information or publish it as website content.
Links to ventures take you to their separate websites and privacy practices. Portfolio links carry campaign tags identifying Quasilife as the source, without a personal identifier.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for your enquiry, an ongoing relationship or legal obligations.
